Ise Jingu

the short story is walled off temple and shrine buildings that you try to see through trees and over fences, unless you happen to be part of the imperial family, or a priest, or a small group of those holy types. needless to say, we looked in from afar

the highlights were the lack of crowds and cool refuge from the hot sun, oh and the wildlife

Dave, you have no idea how surprised i was to hear your voice today! i wish i would have been able to get that call! but it really made my day anyways. im glad that you are doing so many fun things. i went to great america on sunday, that was pretty cool. but anyways, keep in touch! keep having fun and i love your pictures!
